Thanks, Jeanne, I did Google it and got all the same stuff. I couldn't keep the darned computer running long enough to post at one of the forums and ask for help. I did some small tip at one site that said to open Task Manager and to change the setting on that process to low priority. This seems to have done the trick, for now. I will contact that Remote Tech guy if it happens again.
