Have you Googled your problem? I would cause there is usually pages of help at different sites. Choose the well-known sites for answers though. Otherwise, I have to use my Vaio Computer, Microsoft or Norton Support, if the answers look to complicated or hard for me to personally do as I'm not a geek.
