Sad I've got a stubborn trojan!

ACK! I'm in safe mode so I can actually get some stuff done. My antivirus and Malwarebytes is detecting this trojan (svchost.exe) and removes it, but then asks me to restart and when I do, the trojan is back. Svchost.exe is a normal Windows process, but there are several files in the task manager with that name and disabling the wrong one = crash Every geek forum I've tried doesn't really have an answer for others that have this trojan virus, so I thought I'd see if anyone here has a clue for me?

Banging head on keyboard My desktop died a couple of weeks ago, this is my daughter's laptop running Windows 7 and I am so unfamiliar with it I had my desktop for 10 years with XP, so I'm used to that OS.

HELP
