I choose to follow the law here whoch is a rabies vac every 3 years.
Personally if the law required more I'd fight it or break it which implies more risks.
Its a bummer my dogs can no longer go to their doggy day care because I do not do all of the required vaccines, but a choice I was overall okay with.
Having been through a reaction already if I were you I'd want much more information and precautiins taken in the future before considering vaccinating again. |
I agree! one of mine had a bad reaction to the lyme shot...won't happen again! I have decided not to vaccinate but, every 7 yrs ....or so...and then...I may just have titers done to see if they are needed...
