Gerber’s says it adds minerals back for taste, that means it removed all of them in one of the earlier steps, then adds a few back, but it still has way less than some tap water. I would think an actual distiller would be a little dangerous. When people were making their own hard liquor from corn, they had to distill the contents, and these stills often blew up. The house was built about 10 years ago. They were very involved it the design and construction of the house so I assume they know what they are talking about. They don't drink alcohol so I doubt it is moonshine, unless they are making it to sell for profit! |
