Once again, I agree with you Ann. I think the United States is behind many countries when it comes to a lot of things... including docking.
I have a yorkie with a full tail and
never once has she hurt it. So we should dock all tails because they
may get hurt? That to me is absurd. Let's chop off a body part because damage may occur
