Well today is day nine. I finally did it!! I'm using the old Weight Watcher's Points Plan. I'm also taking two supplements. I'm using OxyElite Pro, for a fat burner, Alli, which meals and I'm taking an appetite suppressent. I just added the appetite suppressant today. With just using the Oxy and the Weight Watchers, first week I lost 4 lbs. I think more, because I was actually down 6 lbs, but then the day I weigh in (At home) It showed only a 4 lb. loss so I went with that. Is anyone else using supplements? If so what do you use and how is it working? I'm not able to incorporate exercise right now, as I'm two weeks post op for knee surgery. I am doing some upper body weights, but not too much. |
