Welcome to YorkieTalk. Generally at 8 months if the ears are floppy there are going to stay that way but I love floppy ears they are so cute. I recommend doing training to stop the bitting because it's not nessisarily something they just grow out of they have to be taught not to do. Also in the future please don't take a yorkie pup home until they are 12 weeks old. YorkieTalk is such a great place and I swear I learn at least one new thing a day.
