Early Death Comes From Drinking Distilled Water. Calcium while not good for our shower walls can be really good for us. In the olden days water was "purified" by going over rocks in a rushing stream, this water had plenty of minerals and was safe to drink, but you again you wouldn't want it on you shower doors. While there are other contaminates in drinking water, I don't believe you can call minerals a "contaminate."
