I think the reason for organic being more expensive is that they are not really a mass produced product like most of our foods are. To me it is more important to maintain the safety of our food sources than make more money by mass production. |
I just finished a study that inferes the increase in autism is directly based on the use of pesticides in our foods, dyes and.preservatives...not to mention other health issues.
It really scares me to know we play around with know harmful substances especially in our foods, I'm all for scientific advance just not at the expense of lets do it not inderstand it and see what goes wrong later!!!
I mean we still have kids toys with lead paint, cloths and household cloths (our pillows) that are soaked in neurotoxins, because we will burn fractions of seconds slower...the logic illudes me. I can't even get started on the addatives to medicines and supposed vitamin health substances! Scary scary scary.
Personally after making an major organic concious effort, we don't get sivk as much or have as much allergy like issues here.
