Some breeders even have the microchip with there info on it in case that ever happens. If I where a breeder I would try to stay in touch as much as possible that way hopefully they would follow the rules of the contract. But I am not a breeder and would never be a breeder so maybe I don't not exactly how hard certain things are or aren't. I do know that some people can't just go to a rescue and rescue a dog with unknown breed, unknown health problems, and unknown training so thinking those people who don't rescue are bad is not right. I had to have a yorkie and it could not be a mix because a yorkie was the best dog breed for my Grandma with COPD and my asthma.
