I am amused and relieved to see all these stories. My Meika goes ballistic like this when something new is in the house or yard. I call her my little sheriff, as she is always on patrol making sure everything is in it's place. I thought she was a little psycho or something because she gets startled so easily, and then barks at the new thing. Nice to know she's not the only one.

My other 3 pupsters just look at her like "what's wrong".... they don't get it.
