Your puppy is adorable. Like others have stated I don't believe she's 100 percent Yorkshire Terrier. Due to her cost and the person you purchased her from not responding to you, I would say you were not told the truth.
There are so many scams out there now, sad but true.
Many years ago I purchased a Yorkie from a breeder, he said he owned the dam. When I asked to see the mother he proceed to tell me she was not at home but with their handler. He did manage to show me a photo in a gorgeous frame, saying that was her. I went ahead and purchased her.
Several weeks later she died from Parvo. When my vet asked where I had purchased her from, I told her. She gave me a huge list of people to call.
Long story short.............this fellow was not a breeder. He bought puppies from puppy mills, stored then all in a storage area (like where you put furniture) and this is how he made his living.
Several months later and a lot of hard work, he was arrested and the remaining puppies were put up for adoption. It was a nightmare. |
