I know it is terribly difficult to have your baby away from you but it really is in her best interest to be on IV fluids at the vet. I've been just where you are. My girl was in for a week! I was miserable!!. My vet let me or my Mom come sit and hold Gracie during the hours they were open. You don't want her to come home too quick and have a relapse. That would be much worse than the time she is spending away from you now. Think positive thoughts and stay busy.
