No, no apology, she just giggled nervously and skittered off with one dog and the other lady was silent, got the second dog and both quickly went in the house. They are new to the neighborhood. I'll tell you, on our walk today, I kept a wary eye out but Tibbs was unfazed, just cruising right along. I can't tell you how glad I was to have my trusty brolly with me during some of my more adventurous walks, even before I got Tibbe.
