Uni is a true silk coat, even on the thin side of silk. BUT her butt is wavy. What?!
I've never had any experience with any TRUE cotton coats with any of my fosters until Scraps here. Oh man I thought Chloe had a cotton coat? Oh no. Scraps coat is like seriously a cotton ball growing out his skin. OMG thick fluffy and matted like crazy. You got a modified coat? Count your blessings it's not cottony.
But to answer your wavy hair question, just bc its wavy doesn't mean it's cottony or modified or silky. Scraps hair grows out straight but it's COTTONY!
