So I live in canada, but very very very south near toronto in ontario. I remember my breeder told me he has hair not fur (his hair is very much on the maltese side) its very fine, and unlike my other dog (who has a double coat of fur) looks to me like he could get cold very easily when it comes to winter time. Do you think then because of this hair vs fur dilemma he should definitely be wearing a sweater when it gets to snowing and such,for a walk?
