I love egg noodles! Chinese egg noodles, won ton mein! I take it out of the soup, put it on a plate and drown it in red vinegar and a few dashes of soy sauce. My dad showed me how to eat it like this as a kid and I can't eat it straight out of the bowl now, it seems too bland to me! Chinese egg noodles are supposed to be barely cooked to be nice and firm, a bit harder than al dente.
