I'm late to the party...but guys, I really need this. I am a LOT overweight...its to the point now that I can tell its affecting my health. I look like a different person...not myself. I am awful at dieting! I need TONS of support to stay on track..like I need a drill sergeant lol!
*deep breath* Okay...I'm giving up soda, first off. I've done iit before for a couple months but always give in. Cherry coke is my weakness

I need to lose like, 50 pounds at the least. It seems impossible but I guess I can start with 25.
