I paid about the same for my yorkies and I got them at 6 and 8 weeks They came with just their first set of shots and wormed ......no health contract no spay/neuter agreement if they did I would not of even took them. I think that is the new owners choice if they are paying for that dog then they have a right to breed it if they want to, unless its going to be to small . |
