Question Tummy ache and grass

I was wondering if it's better to let them eat grass when they feel sick or should you try not to.
Poor Joel feels sick tonight, he was asleep under my blanket, like always, and he woke me when he jumped up and crawled out and was sitting there staring at me, which is strange bc he doesn't go potty after he's in bed. So I took him out anyway and he just ran out and started eating grass and was acting like he didn't feel well so I tried to distract him and get him back to bed.
After a few minutes of acting uncozy, he finaly wiggled his way under my blanket with his chin resting on my leg
Now that I remeber what could have made him sick, he had some asparagus(his fav)some nectarine and a few peices of corn, all things he had before but this time it was all at once
So I hope he feels better in the morning
