How old is Becky?
At this point, I'd be pushing the vet to treat her a bit more aggressively, like doing more bloodwork (not just a bile acids test), xrays, a complete urinalysis with a culture and sensitivity, send a fecal sample off to the lab to be tested, and IV fluids if she's not eating and becoming dehydrated.
