I would syringe feed her. These dogs go down so fast. Also, they are stubborn and I have seen dogs, Yorkies specifically, refuse to eat out of pure stubbornness. I do understand that she has been sick and may still be sick but I would definitely try to get some food into her while waiting to hear from the vet.
