To me, that is a Yorkie face and head. A Silky, to me, has a taller head, a doggier muzzle and more down face than a Yorkie. That looks like a Yorkie to me, though there are sure enough some Yorkie-looking Silkies! Whatever the terrier breed, your baby is precious!!!
