We are currently working on our stay command when the door is opened. KS is doing really good but she gets so excited and when she starts barking its impossible to get her to stay right now. We are working on it though. Baby gates do work well we got a basic one at walmart for like $15 and keep our master bedroom blocked off at all times. Good luck to you.
