I think it it very important to remember that a responisble, ethical breeder wants to meet the new parents and deal directly with the new owners to see if they are a good match for their puppy...not just turn them over to someone else to sell to make things easier for them! This is why pet shop puppies and puppies from puppy brokers are never from a responsible breeder. A responsible breeder does not turn them over to someone else to sell because they care too much about where they are going and where they will end up! jmo |

I;m sure both the YTCA and AKC has similar restrictions.
