Where do you enter & exit the USA with a dog on your lap & not get asked? I can't say always...but I don't remember a time that I had a dog with me, when I wasn't asked for a rabies certificate when entering Canada and then re-entering the USA via the Blue Water Bridge. And this trip I've done ALOT, as I can buy alot of English goods in Canada, not to mention there is a great lil tea shop in Ontario that serves a full english breakfast that is to die for and worth the 3 hour round trip all by itself.
