 Lentils?!?
My Sir just found out he is NOT type two diabetic, but rather, type 1.5 (LADA.) He is trying to alter his diet even more now, which means he's bringing home a lot of food I have I have no idea what to do with. Supposedly, legumes are good for diabetics. He brought home some lentils, and, finding a recipe online, I basically made "dirty rice" with them. I loaded on the spices, and some cheese, and we still werent thrilled.
Does anyone have any flavorful, easy lentil recipes that wont make me dread this rabbit food? |
