I've heard of larger dogs having bad responses to multiple vaccines (big breed dogs), so it's not so much the size of the dog that determines if their immune systems can handle the vaccs or not.
I know we share different views about vaccines so I won't say anything else, just that I hope Callie is feeling better soon.
