If she just came off some antibiotics for a UTI, she may still have the UTI if she didn't finish all the medication.
Now if she's showing signs of a runny nose which can lead to pneumonia, the antibiotics she was on are probably the wrong type for her respiratory problem.
Best thing to do would be to let the vet see her and test to be sure the UTI is cleared up, and maybe do a Culture and Sensitivity which goes to the lab. Then they can tell exactly which antibiotic will help clear up the runny nose.
Some strains of Corona virus (the strains there are no vaccines against) can cause a horrible runny nose. My dog ended up with pneumonia and he saw the vet before his symptoms got too bad. He almost did not pull through. How old is your pup?
