Next time she has an accident on the floor use one of the pee pads or paper towels to soak it up. Than rub the pee on an new pad so that it has her scent on it. Same with poo, take a peise of the poo and put it on the fresh pad or smear a tiny bit on the pee pad to transfer her own scent on the pad that you want her to use. Leave the soiled pads down as long as you can stand the smell than do the same with a new one the next time.
You may have to do this several time before she gets the hint but normally dogs go in the same place or area every time they go because they either smell their own scent or another dogs.
I've done this with news papers and it works every time.
