Women's uterus is the size of an orange. It grows to accommodate the baby and then goes back down. Immediately after birth, it will be the size of a large grapefruit. The inside of our Fallopian tubes are about the diameter of about 6-8 strands of hair.
I know nothing about dogs/animals uteruses, but size wise, those seem about the same??
