I'm still trying to do something about that. I'm working with my homeowners association and their attorney to see if they can put some pressure on Animal Control. I'm also going to take the owners to small claims court as I have read that their insurance company will then raise or at least monitor their policy to have a vicious dog on the property. It's worth a try.
It's the least I can do for sweet little Kramer.
