Thank you all for your responses, prayers and support.. It has been such a devastating experience. I miss her everyday and its so hard to live with out her. I did get the pre op blood work and was told that everything had come out okay. They did blood work the following day when I took her back and was told that she had pancreatitsis and that it was brought upon by her surgery. I' won't be able to get the autopsy because I decided to get my baby cremated and keep her ashes with me everywhere I go. I will be going back to request her chart and go over the documentation of the vet.
