Do you have an ex-pen? Keep him confined to an area, so he doesn't have free run of the house. Put him on a schedule for walking and pottying. Praise when he goes in the correct spot and ignore the mistakes. Clean mistakes with an enzyme cleaner such as Natures Balance (think that's the name of it) And move on. He is still a pup and yorkies are notorious for being more difficult to house train. My boy is 14mths and still has the odd accident...*sigh*. Consistancy and praise and of course patience...
