Okay, so I started scouring her body and discovered both sides of her neck are absolutely covered in scabs, gashes where she scratched, and the whole back surface of her ears is loose like bad, bad dandruff.
What can I do? Going to get the coconut oil now...but theyyre ALL OVER her!! Omg. I feel so awful. How did I not notice? Her neck is raw with scratches and bleeding scabs.
