Don't walk ,but run in a different direction from this breeder. You need to know all shots and deworming are up-to-date. You need a health guarantee, even if it's only 72 hours to take puppy to the vet. My concern would be if she feels this way about shots and deworming, will you ever get a refund if the puppy is found to have something seriously wrong with it? Keep the balance of your money and go find another puppy. $350.00, is much easier to come up with than a sickly puppy with lots of vet bills. There may be absolutely nothing wrong with this puppy, but why take the chance, unless you are willing to walk away happy with whatever results happens.

You say, you have become friends with this person? With friends like this, who needs an enemy. I would say she is an acquaintance, not friend.
