Do you have a puppy play pen you can keep the new one in? Can you gate off part of your home to keep them apart? Sometimes a slow introduction can be better than throwing them in together all at once. It may take some time before your older dog decides she is still the boss of the house. Right now she sees the puppy as a threat to her domain. Don't let them in the same room together but let them see each other through a gate or through a play pen. Give it some time.
