Had this problem too, but it was the decorative trim at the bottom and my baseboards. Sounds like your little one is teething.Be sure to have plenty of soft and hard type toys for him to chew on.

I was shocked when I found the knob as I thought we were done with chewing. I have had to redo wood on my stairs, the bottom of a standing lamp and the bottom of another dresser - but those were months ago. The good thing is once I make the repair he stays away from that item like he KNEW he wasn't suppose to make extra work for mom. He is 15 months old and doesnt have any baby teeth (they were pulled at his neuter) left - could he still be teething?
