I am so sorry to hear about your Frankie!
We have a Rotty right next door to us. I try not to let my lil Frankie out if I know the Rotty is out, because I know my lil Frankie. He thinks he is a big dog and he tries to pick on the Rotty. That just scares me. I hope everthing comes out ok for your Frankie.
