Green tea mints work for humans, according to my daughter's pediatrician. Her little 4 year old son had really nasty breath and they decided it was actually coming from his tummy. He gets to have a treat of a green tea mint each day and it totally resolved the problem. I have not heard whether mint or green tea would be bad for a dog, so I would certainly check it out with the vet, first. Sometimes, an infection can follow dental treatment and perhaps your puppy has a secondary infection from his dental treatment. Best to get it checked by a vet. |
