Well my babies go to a vet in an expensive area in Park Slope, NY:

Spay/Nueter depends on weight based on the amount anastecia (sp? I know I butcherd that word, lol) used.

If they are about 5lbs, which they should be at the time:
Boy $140
Girl $190
Disovable stiches for both. WONDERFUL!!
$15/tooth if needed extraction
$15/pup for microchipping

It might be spendy to some but I really love our VET and we have pet insurance as well! :-)
