I totally agree. We made Gizmo sleep in his crate until he was almost 6 months old, it was just two risky. Even now at 8 months old, he is only 3 pounds, and he always tries to go under the covers to sleep. I can't sleep unless I know that he is safe up by my face. With one arm around him. y husband thinks there is nothing wrong with him sleeping under all the covers. But he is also the one who could sleep through an atomic bomb going off! I just think it's better to be safe than sorry later.

Bless that poor little baby. And the girl who probably feels terrible now!
