I read this last night and was brought to tears by your painful loss. I am glad to hear the breeder says she will replace your pup. I would be VERY VERY cautious about any other pups from her for fear of another heart breaking experience. You did all you could and chose what was best for her.
I certainly pray for peace & comfort for you and best wishes for your next healthy Yorkie.
