My Moka does this too. Sometimes I have to be really careful because she will just literally fall over onto her back and if I'm not ready she could easily fall off the sofa when she does this. LOL. She is very eager to please, and I see this as her way of showing that she trusts us. Plus she gets a tummy rub most of the time...
