OMG, I would worry. If the puppy is warm with its mom who is peeing and pooping it, nursing and wiggling in its sleep (a VERY GOOD SIGN!) it might just be having an off day. If, on the other hand, it has a full tummy and mom is doing all those things and it is crying with a high pitched cry it might be something to have checked. Failing Puppy Syndrome can come on and kill a baby in 24 hours if not given vet care. Sometimes, no matter what you do the puppy will fail but it could be something really simple. Since the week-end is coming, I would not take a chance of waiting and maybe not finding a vet open on Sat or Sun.
I do not mean to alarm you, but, FPS is always a concern of mine..
Best of luck with the little one. BTW, is she the runt of the litter? And one other thought,, maybe BeneBac or acidophilus would help. AND, has the mom had any food that is different and could be causing tummy pains? Like when nursing hoomans eat gas-causing veggies and the baby gets the tummy ache cause the substances go thru the milk.. Again, just some thoughts. I am sure others will add more..
