Its a frustrating habit that he has picked up; when he has done something bad, and is admonished, he instantly barks, sometimes right in my face. When I correct his mistakes, I use a firm gentle, "No". He gets defensive and will sometimes follow me around, nipping and barking for ten minutes straight! It is so frustrating, makes my boyfriend irritated and, as I live in an apartment, just not appropriate. He has no problems with barking any other time... just ridiculously stubborn and refuses to believe he has done something wrong, almost as if he is defending himself. "Mommy, its okay to pee on the carpet, I don't CARE" "Mommy, WHY can't I bite you, I think its FUN" and so on.... very tiring! lol but at the same time funny.. silly yorkie. Any tips?
