Elli came to me thin, and then got quite soft (particularly in his bottom!) so I cut back on his food. He dropped the extra weight pretty fast, within a week or two. He's recently got a little too thin again, so I am upping his food again.
I find I just keep an eye on his weight and adjust as we go on. For example when we're out walking more, he is burning more calories than when we have more restful weeks. |
