Hi I'm a Newby to Yorkietalk and to Yorkies .... my little baby Max is in the hospital as we speak. He (we) were up all night....he threw up twice and had the runs, that after the forth time resulted in some blood in his stool. The Vet put him on an IV to re hydrate and drew blood. He does not have pancreatitis, but she said he must have ingested something that irritated his bowels. He is only 9 months....I'm worried something terrible will happen to him! We are so careful ... he doesn't get any raw hide or chewy things, minimal treats, etc., what else can we do? Any one else have a similar puppy? |
