In reguards to cranberry...
I take both cranberry supplimebts daily and keep Knudesons Just Cranberry on hand at all times.
However drinking (Oceanspray etc) cranberry juice with SUGAR is like taking antibiotics while eating ecoli...as is its titally counter productive.
I rarely drink soda ever as the sugar amount is enough to give me a UTI... |
